All signs are custom made, the text and design is sandblasted into the wood, then painted to highlight the design.
Exterior signs are made from Western Red or Yellow Cedar. Interior signs can also be made from Cherry or Maple when requested.

Cedar can be etched two different ways, the background area can be sand-blasted down to reveal the natural grain of the wood, giving the text and images a raised 3D appearance. The alternative method is to engraved the text and images into the wood then paint the engraved areas to highlight the text or graphics. Signs are finished with multiple coats of Varathane to protect them. Or left to weather naturally if requested.
